Who We Are
I'm Lauren, owner of Babes & Babies! We are family-owned and ship within all 50 states! Aside from loving in-reach custom jewelry, my family loves to adopt dogs left and right (shelter animals need our help!), raise rabbits, chickens, ducks, guineas, and other animals on our hobby farm. Prior Babes & Babies, I taught public school in a low-SES community. Thank you for being here; I hope these pieces bring joy to your and your loved ones' lives!
Protect your jewelry from friction, scratches, chemicals, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. Avoid swimming with jewelry on. Store in dry, non-humid environment. Wipe with non-abrasive cloth as necessary.

- We sent the wrong order or item(s); you received a broken item; or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective;
- an incorrect item was sent or the picture’s appearance is distinctly different from the product photo;
- product integrity got compromised during processing or shipping: e.g., color chipping; crystal that fell off; etc. (Mishandling of the item on the customer’s end is non-applicable – e.g., water damage; etc. We will exchange the item[s] for the same product or for item[s] or equal or lesser value.)
The following reasons are covered by our LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy:

- Personal reasons, e.g., change of mind, personal taste, etc.;
- the wrong product size/color/etc. was chosen.
- Note: Personalized items are one-of-a-kind and final sales.
The following reasons are non-applicable to our return policy:
- Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals;
- products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance;
- the above friendly policies are unmet (e.g., beyond the return window; etc.).
Return Service Procedure:
- Items that are being returned should be in new condition. Please have them in original packaging.
- Contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form to initiate a return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within approximately 4-14 business days of receipt of your item(s). For returns, note that payment processing is beyond our control and may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout. We refund to the payment used at checkout.
- Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production; cancellations are unable to happen, although returns and exchanges may occur post-order if you wish.
